We will have a host of MHS Alumni and current wrestlers on hand to teach and help develop each wrestler.

We are located at Middletown High School- 120 Silverlake Road, Middletown DE 19709
Enter from Silverlake Road and follow the signs to the wrestling room.
Drop off time is 8:00-8:30am / Pick up time is 3:30-4:00pm

We will provide water, soda's and gatorade for all campers during the day and for lunch. Please bring your own lunch.

We have a list of skills and games we will go through each day offering techniques for first year wrestles and experienced wrestlers.
