The Middletown Wrestling Club welcomes guests to practice and drill with our group of talented young wrestlers. In order for us to allow you to participate, please email Coach at [email protected] letting them know when you would like to drop in.
The BEST practice nights to be a Drop in with our Advanced team are Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:30pm.
Our drop in fee is $10 per wrestler per drop in day.

ALL PERSONS ENTERING MHS MUST WEAR A MASK ENTERING ANF EXITING THE BUILDING. ALL SPECTATORS MUST KEEP A MASK ON WHILE INSIDE. ATHLETES ARE PERMITTED TO TAKE THEIR MASKS OFF WHEN ON THE MATS AND PARTICIPATING.
ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR USA CARD AND PRESENT IT UPON ARRIVAL.
